A generation plan pays on generations rather than levels. A generation runs down a line until the next qualified achiever appears — that achiever closes the first generation and opens the second. The upline earns a percentage from each generation below them.
Because a generation can be one level deep or twenty, this plan rewards leaders who develop other leaders instead of simply recruiting width.
Ranks are defined in the admin panel with qualification rules — personal purchase, team business, number of qualified directs.
When commission runs, the software walks each downline branch, closing a generation at every qualified achiever it meets, then credits the upline the configured percentage for generation one, two, three and so on.
Compression handles inactive members so genuine achievers are not skipped.
Every income below is a separate switch in the admin panel — turn one off and the rest keep running.
A percentage from each generation of qualified achievers below the member.
A one-time reward when a member reaches a new rank.
A share of company turnover distributed among senior ranks.
Standard commission on personally enrolled members.
Member and admin credentials are printed below. Open the admin panel and change the plan settings yourself — that is the fastest way to know whether this structure fits your business.
Unlimited width with level-wise commission and rank qualification.
Everything depends on how exactly ranks are defined. Ambiguous qualification wording is the single biggest source of payout disputes in generation plans — settle it in writing before the software is built.
A generation runs down a line until the next qualified rank achiever appears. That achiever ends the first generation and starts the second, regardless of how many levels it took.
A unilevel pays fixed percentages by level number. A generation plan pays by generation of achievers, so depth varies from line to line and leadership development is rewarded.
Yes. Many companies pay level income on early levels and generation income beyond them, and the software supports both together.
